Electronic Notary (E-Notary)

We provide electronic notarization (E-Notary) which is a notarial act performed by an electronic notary public using his or her electronic seal and electronic signature on your electronic documents. This service requires an personal appearance.

Remote Online Notary (RON)

Because the notary, principal and witnesses do not need to be in the same room for the notarization, scheduling has never been easier.
We do our best at simplifying and streamlining your notarization process.

RON is 100% online, which is especially convenient when clients in different states needing to sign and/or notarize a single form or closing documents. This service is also convenient for documents such as medical or insurance documents that will be used in another state.

We use a 3rd party vendor to assist with remote online notary that has a non-refundable policy. Due to such policy, once email has been sent for verification the non-refundable policy applies.

Do I Qualify for ID Verification?

If the signers does not have the following below, they will not be able to pass the ID verification as the third party providers usually only have data on U.S. citizens only.

1. Are you a U.S. citizen?

If your answer is yes proceed to number two. If your answer is no, STOP. We do apologize but you may not qualify. If you proceed it is at your discretion.

2. DO YOU HAVE A SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER?

Even though our system needs the last 4 digits, if the signer doesn't have a SSN number, more likely than not they won't be in any of the credit bureau databases.

3. DO you have a valid U.S. Driver's license or State ID in hand?

This is also a requirement in order for the third party to be able to find questions only the signer knows
Note: Passports cannot be verified and do not meet the state requirements

4. Do you have at least five (5) years of U.S. credit history?

Credit History - Technically, if you don't have credit history in the U.S., you're not going to pass the ID verification
Make sure your credit report isn't locked; Because of the compromises in recent years it may be locked, and if that is the case you will fail.

5. Do you have a valid U.S. mobile number?

VOIP, Google Voice, Cable provided lines, etc. are not accepted, and it MUST be an actual mobile number from a mobile provider

6. Do you have a Tablet, Laptop, or desktop?

When completing the live audio and video session it is best to do so on one of the listed devices. The notarization can be completed on mobile cellular devices at the signers discretion.

What's the process?

Email the document

Once you email the document, if you have not already paid and scheduled an appointment you will receive an invoice for payment. Once invoice is paid you will receive an email to complete verification.

Complete verification prior to appointment

You will have two (2) minutes MAX to complete verification. Please have identification and cellular device with you. You will have to take a selfie and take a picture of your photo identification front and back. You will have two (2) opportunities to complete verification before being kicked out. once being kicked out twice we can no longer complete your online notarization.

Once verification is complete

Simply log out and wait to receive an email 5-10 minutes prior to appointment time. Once you follow instructions with email. you will go live with the notary and the notarization process.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

When will I receive my notarized documents?

As soon as the notary session ends you will receive the documents via email. You will have access to notarized documents for 90 days.

Can we FaceTime or Skype the notarization?

Short answer. NO. We use a third party vendor.

Can I use someone else cellular phone?

Yes. The cellular phone allows you to provide the selfie and photo of identification.

Can you notarize a document for someone out of the country?

Absolutely! As long as they can pass the Identification process listed above.

Do I have to be on camera?

Yes, If you do not have access to an video and audio device or choose not to be on video this service is not for you. We can assist with providing a mobile notary.
