Please also note that Nevada State Law NRS 240.100(4) requires that the full agreed upon sum be paid once the Mobile Notary begins travel. This is to protect the Mobile Notary from loss of gas, wear & tear, etc.

We only notarize documents that are unsigned and written in English. With the signer is present in front of us. Client must be in possession of an authentic, bonafide, not-expired government-issued photo ID before we proceed.

Pursuant to Nevada law, if you hire us and we start traveling, you owe us for the full amount of the service. This is written in the state law and ignorance of the law is no excuse for violating it.

There are only two types of fees or Notary Charges allowed by law:

Mobile Notary Travel Fee and Per Signature Fee(s)

Hiring us by merely setting an appointment or asking us to come to you or meet somewhere signifies your agreement to the following Terms and conditions.

Otherwise, mobile notary service costs may have non-notary charges (printing/courier/etc) but not travel-related, etc.

Prices are statutory.
For taking an acknowledgment, for the first signature of each signer $15.00

For each additional signer $7.50

For administering an oath or affirmation without a signature $7.50

For a certified copy $7.50

For a jurat, for each signature on the affidavit $15.00

Including: Travel fee $35 before 6pm, after 6pm $60, Rush fees apply and tipping is allowed but optional. 3.75% credit card payment fee applies.

Pursuant to Nevada statute, fees are earned upon notary beginning travel. If witnesses are needed we do provide for an additional fee (if needed).

Additional services are available if needed, per request, such as printing docs, delivery of docs, multiple stops, courier to record/file divorce documents, etc.

We are bonded, with an appointment of Notary Public and E-Notary from the Clerk of Court in Clark County, NV - Valid anywhere within the State of Nevada.
